This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee customer onboarding and deployment initiatives for Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, and Webex Calling systems.
• Act as the main technical resource throughout customer implementation and migration activities.
• Facilitate onboarding workshops, discovery sessions, technical training, and solution assessments.
• Develop and implement migration strategies from traditional PBX and UC systems.
• Assist customers in adopting cloud voice solutions and managing their administration effectively.
• Deploy and verify third-party integrations.
• Resolve intricate issues related to voice, provisioning, routing, licensing, SBC, and integration.
• Configure and provide support for Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Zoom Phone, and Webex Calling.
• Aid in designing call flows, executing voice migrations, and deploying enterprise telephony solutions.
• Work in collaboration with internal engineering, support, and operations teams to address customer concerns and enhance onboarding experiences.
• Serve as a technical escalation contact for customers and partners.
• Cultivate strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Simplify complex technical concepts into understandable business outcomes. Champion customer needs while ensuring operational excellence. Provide a top-notch onboarding and customer experience from project initiation to production deployment.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical administration, engineering, or consulting experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, Webex Calling.
• Profound knowledge in at least one of the aforementioned platforms.
• Proven experience working directly with customers in: Implementations, Migrations, Onboarding, Technical consulting, Customer success.
• Experience in supporting or integrating solutions such as: Compliance call recording, SMS and messaging platforms, Contact center solutions, UCaaS, and cloud communications integrations.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to confidently lead customer-facing meetings, workshops, and technical presentations.
• Preferred: Microsoft Teams Administrator or Teams Voice certifications. Zoom Phone certifications. Webex Calling certifications. Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based service delivery. Experience collaborating with telecom service providers, MSPs, UCaaS vendors, or technology partners. Knowledge of APIs, automation, provisioning workflows, or integration platforms. Experience with SBCs, SIP trunking, carrier services, or enterprise telephony migrations.
