This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop monthly content themes that align with company objectives, product highlights, and market narratives.
• Oversee the social media and content strategy for PAR’s executives on LinkedIn and other pertinent platforms.
• Craft LinkedIn posts, point-of-view articles, event commentary, introductory content, and reactive posts that genuinely reflect each executive’s voice.
• Identify content opportunities from internal meetings, interviews, earnings calls, and briefings.
• Maintain a straightforward executive content calendar with a steady publishing schedule.
• Facilitate review and approval processes with each executive, their chief of staff, or administrative support.
• Transform PR moments, events, product launches, earnings reports, and speaking engagements into executive content.
• Collaborate with the PR Manager on bylines, press release quotations, and thought leadership perspectives.
• Oversee and manage PAR’s corporate social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, while also maintaining a presence on X, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create and implement a content strategy that aligns with business priorities, target audience segments, and brand voice.
• Develop and sustain a monthly content calendar that combines executive content, product updates, cultural insights, and customer stories.
• Monitor and report on channel performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and make optimizations as needed.
• Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and PR teams to ensure social media reflects key events and campaigns.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, mentions, and brand interactions promptly and in a manner consistent with the brand voice.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or content/social strategy, preferably in a B2B or public company setting.
• Demonstrated ghostwriting ability; capable of writing in another person’s voice naturally.
• Strong editorial judgment; understands what captures attention on LinkedIn and what gets overlooked.
• Experience managing relationships with executives professionally and discreetly.
• Ability to distill complex subjects—such as products, financials, and strategies—into clear, relatable narratives.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple executives, channels, and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions with PR, marketing, and executives.
• Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or restaurant/hospitality technology is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Experience supporting a public company or navigating earnings cycles is beneficial, but not essential.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics and organic growth strategies is a plus, but not required.
• Basic design skills (Canva proficiency is sufficient) are a plus, but not mandatory.
