This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
β’ Create, test, and implement email campaigns in Customer.io based on guidelines and direction from the Member Engagement & Marketing team.
β’ Manage member communications across our client programs, ensuring precision, brand alignment, and timely delivery.
β’ Assist in cross-channel communication initiatives, which may involve secure messaging within the platform and coordination of direct mail, collaborating with relevant internal teams.
β’ Keep campaign documentation updated, including audience segmentation, sending schedules, and version tracking.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders β including Product, Compliance, and Client Success β to obtain approvals and ensure campaigns fulfill requirements.
β’ Conduct comprehensive QA on campaigns prior to launch, including link verification, rendering across devices, and audience validation.
β’ Aid in ongoing content management by organizing assets, templates, and campaign records.
β’ Identify risks to project timelines and escalate as necessary to keep programs on schedule.
β’ Contribute to process documentation to enhance repeatability and scalability across the communications program.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or member/customer communications.
β’ Practical experience in building campaigns in Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, or an equivalent ESP β you should be adept at working directly within the platform, not merely offering direction.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in QA and proofreading tasks.
β’ Strong communication and organizational abilities; capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
β’ Proficient in executing based on defined briefs and direction with minimal supervision.
β’ Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management utilizing tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Suite.
β’ Experience in healthcare, benefits, or a regulated industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
