📋 Description

• The Vice President of Longevity & Preventive Wellness Operations will oversee the daily operations, strategic growth, and P&L of our premium, cash-pay longevity service line.

• This leader will act as the primary architect in shifting our conventional, episodic diagnostic models into a proactive, retail-oriented healthcare experience.

• Implement the defined vision in close collaboration with the COO and CMO, aligned with the innovative care model established by the CEO.

• By executing the vision set forth by the CEO, COO, and CMO, the VP will create a high-touch, patient-centered concierge experience that delights patients willing to invest in a preventive wellness environment focused on prevention, early detection, and an enhanced care journey.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations leadership, particularly in imaging, with a strong preference for backgrounds in retail health, ambulatory care, executive health, or premium consumer health wellness.

• Proven success in transforming traditional healthcare operations into consumer-oriented, retail-driven health models.

• Demonstrated experience in scaling multiple sites with strict P&L responsibility and KPI management.

• A history of developing high-touch concierge teams and fostering mission-driven, highly accountable cultures with premium service standards.

• Ability to execute cross-functionally with clinical, sales, marketing, and IT teams.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• **Preferred:**

• In-depth knowledge of cash-pay/self-pay/direct-to-consumer healthcare and membership models.

• Experience with longevity and preventive screening programs, specifically in programmatic aspects of longevity or preventive screening.

• Practical experience in scaling digital patient engagement platforms.

• A Master's degree is strongly preferred, such as an MBA, MHA/MHSA, MPH, or MS.
