This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a range of in-person and virtual events that align with business growth and pipeline goals.
• Formulate event strategies that enhance demand generation, increase brand visibility, engage customers, and meet sales objectives.
• Identify avenues to enhance event effectiveness and support commercial marketing efforts.
• Oversee comprehensive event execution, including logistics, vendor management, contracts, budgeting, timelines, and on-site coordination.
• Manage event planning processes to ensure seamless execution and outstanding attendee experiences.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery of all event elements.
• Work in conjunction with Commercial Marketing, Solution Marketing, Brand & Design, and Sales teams to align event objectives and messaging.
• Partner with stakeholders to create integrated event strategies and complementary marketing activities.
• Act as the main point of coordination among teams engaged in event planning and execution.
• Craft agendas, customer interactions, and event experiences that highlight Conduent's solutions and business impact.
• Support major programs, industry conferences, and strategic client events.
• Ensure all experiences adhere to Conduent's brand standards and value proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive attendance, foster audience engagement, and manage post-event follow-up activities.
• Assess event effectiveness using key performance indicators such as attendance, engagement, Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), and pipeline influence.
• Provide insights and suggestions for the continuous enhancement of event performance and ROI.
• Create scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices to increase efficiency and consistency across the events portfolio.
• Identify methods to streamline execution and improve attendee experiences.
• Uphold event governance and operational excellence across all initiatives.
• A minimum of 7 years of B2B event management experience, ideally within enterprise services, technology, or business services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder events and executive-level experiences.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience in aligning events with demand generation, lead generation, and pipeline goals.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and event management tools.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support event execution.
