Director, Fraud Prevention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Create decision-making engines for fraud prevention across all loan products

• Suggest verification standards that address risk issues identified in loan applications

• Utilize data analytics and machine learning techniques

• Supervise fraud prevention analysts in assessing risk issues

• Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Convey and embody the organization's vision

• Identify, implement, and promote the adoption of best practices

• Guide and mentor the fraud prevention team

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of experience in fraud investigation

• 2 years of experience in a leadership role

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in fraud prevention and identity risk

• Experience in developing and executing initiatives that influence the organization

• Background in mentoring and training team members
