This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete execution of events and activations: Plan and implement consumer events, industry conferences, internal meetings across key markets, and company-wide gatherings.

• Bring marketing campaigns to life in the market: Execute events and activations as integral components of larger marketing campaigns and partnerships.

• Manage local market activations: Collaborate with clinic teams to support in-market events that enhance client acquisition and engagement.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders: Align with marketing, recruiting, operations, and clinic teams on objectives, timelines, and execution strategies.

• Develop resources for field teams: Take ownership of creating field marketing playbooks encompassing local events, networking, and local partnership activations.

• Oversee event logistics and vendor management: Supervise venues, catering, travel, production, and external partners to guarantee high-quality, on-brand experiences.

• Develop and monitor project plans: Construct timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure flawless execution across numerous concurrent events.

• Manage event budgets and tracking: Oversee expenditures, process invoices, and optimize for cost efficiency and impact.

• Evaluate performance and impact: Monitor attendance, engagement, and key outcomes, providing insights to guide future activations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required.

• 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, events, experiential marketing, or related roles.

• Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or luxury consumer sector preferred.

• Previous experience executing events across various markets or locations preferred.

• Strong project management and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong ownership over execution quality.

• Ability to swiftly problem-solve and adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Experience in managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.

• Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time) and support events outside of standard business hours as needed.
