This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Consistently achieve or surpass objectives/quota (annual $8M+).
• Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, consultants, partners, and others, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing heart health.
• Stay well-informed about our products and how clients utilize them for sales efforts, while also understanding our strategic roadmap and competitive advantages.
• Proactively introduce new ideas and insights to the broader team, fostering collaboration and resourcefulness.
• Build and sustain intra-company relationships that align with our core values.
• Grasp the client's business strategy, challenges, and opportunities to drive impactful discussions and value for all stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless transition from Sales to the Customer Success team and support upsell opportunities as they emerge.
• Over 10 years of experience in Labor sales and relationship management.
• Proficiency in healthcare, health benefits, digital solutions, or disease management.
• Required relevant sales experience within the benefits or wellness sector.
• Established professional network that can be utilized to quickly generate new pipeline.
• Experience in direct sales, as well as through channel partners and consultants.
• Strong ability in relationship-building, especially with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Capacity to adapt and adjust communication style according to various settings and personalities.
• Excellent composure and presentation abilities, with strong writing skills.
• A proactive "go-getter," motivated to work in a growing organization and sell solutions that yield rapid results and have the potential to save lives.
