Vice President, Investor Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of the investor relations strategy for OraSure Technologies, ensuring effective communication of the company's narrative, including financial outcomes and both short-term and long-term objectives.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and institutional investors throughout quarterly earnings periods and various corporate marketing initiatives, such as non-deal roadshows and investor conferences.

• Conduct financial analyses and manage daily interactions with current shareholders, potential investors, and research analysts monitoring the company.

• Serve as a company spokesperson when requested by the CEO or CFO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or a related field; an MBA or another advanced degree is highly preferred.

• 7-10 years of experience in corporate investor relations, finance, strategy, or comparable roles within a publicly traded company.
