Regional Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of 20+ CSV customers within the designated territory, comprising OEM and Distribution clients across DE, WV, VA, NJ, MD, NC, and SC.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.

• Present new products and initiatives, including Pro Viu Cameras and Mirrors, to fleet clientele.

• Sustain and expand sales within direct OEM and Distribution accounts.

• Provide actionable insights through thorough market research and analysis of sales data.

• Discover market opportunities and evaluate competitive environments.

• Facilitate data-driven decision-making that influences business growth and revenue goals.

• Work in collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or over 10 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in sales analysis, market research, business intelligence, sales operations, finance, or product management.

• Proficient in analyzing sales, customer, market, or operational data to discern trends and support business recommendations.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data visualization techniques.

• Familiarity with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar applications.

• Capable of summarizing data insights and presenting clear recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Skilled in managing multiple priorities, adhering to deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented when validating, maintaining, and interpreting data.

• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
