This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process for TRAC, starting from the initial conversation to the final signed contract.
• Actively seek out, evaluate, and finalize new sales opportunities for TRAC software within designated territories or industry verticals.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of TRAC’s capabilities and its value proposition for clients in sectors such as banking, finance, healthcare, and other regulated fields.
• Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations to C-level executives, as well as IT, compliance, and risk management teams.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to transform leads from campaigns, webinars, and conferences into viable sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and contract conditions in accordance with company policies.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Represent SBS CyberSecurity at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, risk management frameworks, and compliance regulations.
• Work both independently and collaboratively without the need for direct supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in fields such as cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, or SaaS.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Competence in managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and web conferencing tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and CRI is preferred.
• Experience selling to highly regulated industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of GRC or risk assessment software tools is advantageous.
• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT.
• Ability to perform regular writing, keyboarding, speaking, and listening tasks in a professional office environment.
• Capability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
