This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, nurture, mentor, manage performance, and hold marketing team members, channel leaders, agencies, vendors, and external collaborators accountable.
• Ensure that AgelessRx’s value proposition is consistently communicated across campaigns, landing pages, content, lifecycle communications, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with brand, content, digital marketing, product, clinical, legal, compliance, finance, and executive teams to synchronize marketing efforts with business objectives, customer experience, and healthcare regulations.
• Act as the senior marketing leader responsible for linking team-level execution with company-wide priorities.
• Oversee the marketing function encompassing paid media, lifecycle marketing, brand development, growth analytics, experimentation, and acquisition/retention strategies.
• Manage the marketing team on a daily basis, ensuring that paid media, lifecycle, brand, analytics, and experimentation operate cohesively as an integrated system.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including funnel architecture, positioning, offer development, and the experimentation roadmap for each new product line entering the market.
• Over 10 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing.
• Proven success in scaling customer acquisition and retention initiatives while ensuring efficient CAC/LTV economics.
• Sufficient fluency in paid channels (Google, Meta, affiliates) to credibly challenge channel leaders and recognize when performance explanations are lacking — without directly managing campaigns on a daily basis.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-velocity experimentation programs aimed at delivering measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, capable of interpreting complex performance data and converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in developing and managing marketing financial models, predicting growth performance, and making data-driven budget allocation decisions.
• Comprehensive understanding of attribution, analytics, funnel optimization, and marketing measurement frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and organizational design.
