This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement comprehensive multi-channel growth campaigns from inception to completion.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies across various channels that enhance sales-qualified pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Design and implement customer nurturing programs along with upselling and cross-selling initiatives to boost engagement and extend customer lifetime value.
• Track campaign performance and report on essential metrics such as MQLs, pipeline generation, bookings, and conversion rates.
• Analyze marketing metrics to identify key performance drivers and evaluate their impact on quarterly and annual objectives.
• Actively seek opportunities for campaign enhancement and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Work closely with partner and digital marketing teams to increase top-of-funnel awareness and execute cohesive campaigns.
• A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing or Business.
• 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within the SaaS or B2B enterprise software sectors.
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with web analytics and BI tools for developing and managing performance reporting.
• Strong grasp of B2B buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and multi-touch attribution strategies.
• Capability to analyze marketing metrics to discover underlying performance drivers.
• Comprehensive marketing experience managing the customer lifecycle from awareness to expansion.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Proficient in utilizing contemporary sales and marketing tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Wrike, Airtable, Gong, Clay, Claude, On24, Power BI, etc.), with marketing automation experience—particularly with Pardot—being a significant advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple simultaneous campaigns and cross-functional projects.
• Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and cultivate relationships across the business at all levels.
