This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the identification, prioritization, and segmentation of global (excluding U.S.) markets across essential regions.
β’ Create and implement go-to-market strategies customized for specific geographies and indications.
β’ Establish the best pathways for market entry, including the prioritization of indications.
β’ Collaborate closely with Clinical and Regulatory teams to shape the development of programs.
β’ Impact the design and sequencing of clinical studies to optimize global commercial potential.
β’ Ensure stakeholder alignment to uphold a cohesive strategy.
β’ Perform comprehensive market evaluations, including epidemiology, competitive landscape, and access dynamics.
β’ Generate commercial forecasts and scenario analyses to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
β’ 12-15 years of experience in biopharmaceutical commercial roles, particularly in global or ex-U.S. marketing.
β’ Proven track record in developing and executing multi-market strategies successfully.
β’ Extensive experience in chronic disease markets; experience in cardiovascular sectors is preferred.
β’ Established ability to work collaboratively with clinical and regulatory teams to influence development programs.
β’ Background in early-stage or pre-market settings (strong preference for Phase II or earlier).
β’ Demonstrated success in business development and partnership execution.
