This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies in the realms of digital marketing, web development, and creative services.
• Take charge of campaign execution, including the development of briefs and ensuring the quality of agency deliverables.
• Enhance digital demand generation and bolster brand visibility.
• Manage comprehensive event logistics for conferences and trade shows, covering booth setup, materials, promotional items, on-site coordination, and lead capture processes.
• Oversee pre-show and post-show operations, including lead processing and directing leads to sales teams.
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales to develop distributor materials and resources for sales enablement.
• Provide the channel with essential tools, messaging, and resources for effective selling.
• Assist Inside Sales with campaigns and content that convert leads into qualified opportunities.
• Monitor, assess, and report on marketing ROI across various campaigns, events, and channels.
• Create reports that connect marketing activities to pipeline growth and revenue generation.
• Implement product and brand messaging into campaigns, materials, and launch execution in collaboration with Product Management.
• Ensure all marketing outputs comply with established brand standards and regulatory requirements as set by Product Management.
• Convert approved messaging into audience-targeted materials and demand-generation programs.
• Work together with Operations and R&D on shared workflows and support for launches.
• Maintain alignment of priorities across various functions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the life sciences or biotech sectors (experience with flow cytometry, reagents, or reference standards is a significant advantage).
• Proven track record of successful execution across events, agency collaborations, and campaign management.
• Experience in collaborating on technical and scientific messaging tailored for specialized audiences.
• Background in managing agencies and external suppliers.
• Strong attention to maintaining brand consistency and compliance within a regulated and technical landscape.
• A data-driven mindset for evaluating marketing effectiveness.
• Preference for speed and execution over perfection; able to thrive in ambiguous situations and work autonomously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote and distributed team setting.
