This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement regional demand generation strategies aimed at meeting pipeline and revenue objectives for the Enterprise sales division.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
• Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, events, ABM initiatives, and partner programs directed at executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Monitor, assess, and enhance marketing performance through pipeline reporting, campaign evaluation, and deal progression analysis.
• Maintain consistent communication and conduct business reviews with sales stakeholders.
• Oversee regional marketing calendars to ensure coherence with corporate and partner strategies.
• Utilize brand, digital, social, and local marketing channels to boost awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6–10 years of marketing experience with a demonstrated history of executing successful integrated marketing initiatives.
• 5+ years of field marketing experience in a technology or software company.
• Proficiency in ABM, events, digital marketing, social media, and demand generation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) markets is preferred.
• Strong capability to collaborate with sales teams and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Proven success in managing multiple programs and priorities within a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional communication, planning, and execution abilities.
• High energy, initiative, and adaptability are essential.
