This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the pipeline generation strategy.
• Direct the global marketing pipeline generation strategy for the company, encompassing digital, campaigns, field, ABM, and outbound channels.
• Spot opportunities to enhance deal velocity through focused marketing engagement throughout the funnel.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to synchronize marketing investments with revenue priorities and account strategies.
• Oversee and cultivate a high-performing team in areas such as Integrated Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Events & Field Marketing, Website & Conversion Optimization, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Analytics.
• Create clear performance frameworks, operational rigor, and accountability within the organization.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous enhancement.
• Manage the company’s digital demand engine, including paid media, organic search, AI search, and website performance.
• Guide the transformation of the company’s website into a high-performing demand capture and conversion platform, as well as an enterprise research hub.
• Propel thought leadership and digital presence to position Quantum Metric as a frontrunner in digital analytics.
• Establish stringent measurement frameworks that connect marketing investments to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Develop initiatives that drive engagement within target accounts and expedite deal progression.
• Construct integrated marketing plays that merge digital, events, and account-based engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and executive leadership to create marketing forecasts linked to pipeline generation and revenue results.
• Oversee the annual and quarterly marketing budget planning process, ensuring investments align with the company's growth targets and revenue objectives.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a minimum of 5+ years leading growth or demand generation teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in coaching and scaling high-performing marketing organizations responsible for global pipeline generation.
• Demonstrated ability to spearhead cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• History of developing and mentoring marketing leaders while fostering strong, accountable teams.
• Experience functioning as a senior marketing leader, influencing executive-level strategy and company growth initiatives.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing demand generation strategies for complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Proven capability to generate and accelerate pipeline across large target accounts through integrated marketing programs.
• Solid understanding of enterprise account-based marketing strategies and how to operationalize them at scale.
• Demonstrated success in increasing marketing’s influence throughout early and mid-stage pipeline.
• Expertise in modern digital demand generation channels, including:
• Paid search and paid social.
• SEO and AI search.
• Content-led demand generation.
• Conversion optimization.
• Website experience and personalization.
• Strong comprehension of how digital signals and behavioral data inform account engagement strategies.
• In-depth understanding of marketing operations and the systems required to scale revenue marketing.
• Familiarity with contemporary marketing technology stacks, including Salesforce, Hubspot, Qualified, Clay, and Tableau (experience with Quantum Metric is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic decisions.
• Experience in implementing measurement frameworks that balance attribution, pipeline analysis, and account engagement insights.
• Highly strategic with a pronounced inclination toward execution and measurable impact.
• Data-driven decision-maker with solid business and financial acumen.
• Collaborative leader who builds strong partnerships across the organization.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while providing clarity and direction for teams.
• Strong communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
