• Track network-wide trends and progress toward equity goals; identify patterns across regions and influence system-level responses, solutions, and learning opportunities.
• Assess proposed practices for disparate impact prior to scaling; develop the analytical infrastructure and feedback mechanisms that highlight equity risks early and consistently.

• Partner with Equity Leads to enhance ongoing regional capacity, ensuring that equity efforts maintain depth and consistency throughout direct engagements.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Schools, Operations, Data, Talent, and other functions to promote a coherent, unified approach to equity throughout the network, preventing it from becoming siloed within a single team or area.
• Work alongside senior leaders across divisions on strategic planning, executive-level discussions, and network-wide alignment initiatives where equity is a central focus.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in equity, diversity, inclusion, organizational development, or related systems-level leadership roles, preferably within K-12 education or complex nonprofit settings.
