This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and execute a technology strategy that is in sync with Cyara’s business objectives and goals.
• Emphasize on achieving technical excellence, ensuring scalable product delivery, and integrating AI capabilities throughout our platform.
• Oversee and guide global engineering teams to produce high-quality product results.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• Over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within engineering, including the management of large and complex SaaS or cloud-native engineering teams.
• Proven success in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams (50+ engineers, multi-disciplinary, global) and delivering complex software products consistently and at scale.
• Strong comprehension of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, DevOps, cloud architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated experience with SaaS platforms, focusing on scalability, reliability, performance, multi-tenant systems, and global delivery.
• Experience in AI/ML: you have designed, implemented, and scaled machine learning or generative AI systems in production; you are familiar with model training, inference pipelines, MLOps, vector retrieval, embeddings, NLP, generative AI, etc.
• A strategic mindset with robust business acumen, capable of aligning technology strategy with business results, fostering innovation, and delivering measurable ROI.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You can persuade senior stakeholders, collaborate across functions, and cultivate a culture of excellence.
• Experience with private equity‐backed companies or environments with rapid growth is an advantage.
• A strong passion for customer-centric innovation and experience in customer experience / CX technology is preferred.
