Vice President – Debt Originations, CRE Capital Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to ensure a steady stream of deal flow.

• Oversee the entire placement process: structuring capital stacks, creating offering materials, managing lender processes, negotiating term sheets, and guiding all parties to successful closure on both debt and equity mandates.

• Act as a trusted advisor by interpreting current capital market conditions into practical recommendations.

• Leverage technology, data tools, and workflow systems to maintain a high-volume, organized deal process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRE capital markets with an emphasis on debt placement or structured finance.

• Strong expertise across the capital stack: structuring, underwriting, lender sourcing, negotiating term sheets, and closing deals.

• Ability to work independently throughout the complete advisory cycle from origination to funded closure.
