This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive process of formulating, assessing, and implementing enterprise-level strategies in collaboration with executive and cross-functional leaders.
• Assist in corporate development endeavors, which include assessing potential acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and other avenues for inorganic growth.
• Collaborate with senior executives to ensure strategic cohesion across business units, functions, and key initiatives.
• Create materials for executives, boards, and investors that effectively convey complex strategic and financial concepts in a clear, persuasive, and actionable manner.
• Direct impactful strategic projects from problem identification through analysis, recommendations, executive alignment, and planning for implementation.
• Foster trusted relationships with C-level, VP, and SVP stakeholders, influencing decisions through robust analytical rigor, business acumen, and effective communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4-year degree).
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business operations, corporate development, or a related strategic area.
• Strongly preferred: Candidates with more than 5 years of M&A experience in investment banking.
• Background in a corporate strategy role and/or experience at a management consulting firm, with insights into strategic planning, M&A, organizational alignment, and support for executive decision-making.
• Familiarity with digital health, pharmacy, PBM, healthcare technology, or similar sectors.
• Strong financial literacy, including the capability to assess business models, market opportunities, investment cases, and value creation strategies.
• Exceptional project management abilities, with a proven record of steering complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy development to execution.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the capacity to consolidate information from diverse sources and formulate clear recommendations.
• Articulate verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complicated information in a compelling and straightforward manner.
• Proven capacity to influence and cultivate trusted relationships with senior executives and cross-functional colleagues.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and AI tools.
• Curious self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and adapting to evolving priorities.
