• Acts as a clinical leader for the enterprise, responsible for establishing and progressing the strategy for clinical services while ensuring effective execution in the field.
• Facilitates and enables clinical operations in the field by converting clinical priorities into distinct policies, procedures, clinical content, and educational resources that promote consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborates closely with Field leaders and GVPs to strategize, implement, and maintain clinical initiatives in clinics.
• Manages clinical writing and governance (including standards, procedures, and supportive tools) alongside the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education programs that enhance teammate capabilities.
• Utilizes data, trends, and performance metrics to assess impact, make prompt adjustments, and continually enhance safety, quality, and operational performance nationwide.
• Requires approximately 25-50% travel.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• A Master’s degree in education, business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least ten years of clinical experience in renal services is necessary.
• A minimum of ten years of leadership experience in clinical operations, clinical services, education, and/or administrative roles within a complex healthcare setting is required.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale implementations, change management, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in effectively educating adult learners with various learning styles.
• Experience in organizing and presenting at large corporate meetings is essential.
• Prior experience in managing remote team members.
• Highly effective communicator, exceptionally organized, with the capability to integrate new clinical processes into standard practices.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
