This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Spearhead the strategy and implementation of AuthAI’s clinical delivery framework.
• Assist in scaling an innovative solution that is revolutionizing utilization management.
• Supervise pre-sales scoping, timelines, and the planning of clinical resources.
• Ensure that delivery commitments are scalable, efficient, and compliant.
• Develop robust clinical oversight models and clinical tools.
• Direct policy mapping and guarantee operational readiness for the execution of clinical content.
• Take ownership of DAG creation and regular policy updates with a disciplined change control process.
• Establish and conduct SLA auditing, reviewing findings thoroughly.
• Lead clinical audits and facilitate coordinated improvement initiatives across teams.
• Manage and resolve client escalations related to clinical matters.
• Promote operational rigor throughout clinical QA and delivery processes.
• Provide assistance in sales and offer client education regarding AI and product processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• 3–4+ years of progressive leadership experience within a healthcare environment, including change management.
• Previous relevant experience in healthcare or utilization management is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with payer operations and understanding of health plan dynamics.
• Experience in guiding teams through transitions and rapid growth phases.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong comprehension of regulatory and compliance implications within UM workflows.
• Knowledge of industry standards related to interoperability, UM platforms, EMR integrations, and clinical data exchange standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to present to executives.
