Vice President, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for clinical operations that support remote patient monitoring and virtual care initiatives.

• Develop operational strategies aimed at scalable delivery of clinical programs and enhanced patient outcomes.

• Ensure that clinical operations are in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

• Lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency and the performance of clinical programs.

• Oversee the implementation and performance of clinical programs across various markets.

• Assist clinical teams by providing efficient workflows, processes, and operational resources.

• Collaborate with medical leadership to design care delivery models.

• Support the expansion and scaling of clinical services.

• Evaluate and enhance workflows for patient monitoring, care coordination, and interventions.

• Develop standardized operational procedures for clinical teams.

• Monitor clinical quality indicators and program outcomes.

• Establish operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Track performance data and identify areas for improvement.

• Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to create dashboards and reporting tools.

• Facilitate the use and integration of care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies.

• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance system functionality and workflow integration.

• Work closely with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure effective program delivery.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in healthcare leadership, particularly in clinical operations management.

• Preferred experience in managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs.

• Proven track record of improving clinical workflows and operational performance.

• Preferred experience in leading multi-site or multi-state clinical programs.

• Strong analytical and operational leadership capabilities.

• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or care management systems.

• Familiarity with remote patient monitoring platforms.

• Experience with clinical workflow and documentation systems.

• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Ability to lead distributed teams effectively in a remote setting.

• Knowledge in healthcare clinical operations leadership, clinical workflow design, process optimization, strategic planning, program development, operational analytics, and stakeholder management.
