Vice President, Clinical Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement strategic initiatives across the enterprise aimed at enhancing clinical quality outcomes, patient satisfaction (CAHPS), and employee engagement and retention.

• Ensure that documentation is precise, comprehensive, and defensible.

• Supervise the Clinical Resource/Review Team tasked with validating the Plan of Care, ensuring OASIS accuracy, and maintaining coding integrity.

• Manage the Quality Outcome Specialist team that oversees quality and outcome initiatives within designated regions.

• Propel HHVBP performance, improve Star Ratings, and decrease hospitalization rates.

• Utilize analytics, optimize EMR, and apply predictive tools to enhance outcomes and minimize variability.

• Enhance clinician engagement, retention, and productivity while mitigating burnout and streamlining workflow efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to CMS and accreditation standards.

• Contribute to the preparation of quality data for reporting to the executive team and board of directors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of leadership experience in home health or hospice settings.

• Proficiency in OASIS-E, HHVBP, PDGM, documentation integrity, and strategic quality enhancement.

• Active RN license is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
