This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Training Operations team, overseeing two direct reports.
• Execute or coordinate the daily functions of the operations team.
• Take ownership of participant communication and enhance the participant experience regarding registration and logistics.
• Oversee our training management system (currently Arlo).
• Manage the overall client contract process for TMC services and products.
• Management Skills: Proven success in leading a diverse, high-performing, and human-centered team.
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and collaborating effectively across teams.
• A demonstrated track record of advancing racial and gender equity.
• Strong attention to detail in driving work initiatives.
• Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Data and Technology Skills: Proficient in using databases and web-based systems for accurate information entry, review, and management.
