Financial Analyst, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Extract, compile, and verify data from various sources, including EHRs and ERP systems.

• Create and sustain data pipelines and queries to guarantee dependable and consistent data feeds.

• Examine hospital financial and operational data to discern trends, variances, and performance drivers.

• Assist with monthly closing procedures, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Design, create, and maintain both standardized and ad hoc reports utilizing SQL and other reporting tools.

• Collaborate with accounting, revenue cycle, and operations teams to comprehend reporting requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within a healthcare setting, is required.

• Familiarity with healthcare EHR systems such as Meditech, Cerner, or Epic is preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems like Infor or MultiView is preferred.

• Strong expertise in SQL, encompassing query development and troubleshooting.

• Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in report writing.

• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, cost accounting, or clinical data structures is preferred.
