This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Oversee customer engagements by delivering timely and effective support through various channels: phone, chat, and ticketing.
• Authenticate and validate documents in line with established protocols.
• Utilize IT tools and mobile applications to ensure comprehensive follow-up.
• Address technical problems and issues related to user accounts.
• Forward customer feedback and propose enhancements to improve user experience.
• Adjust work pace in accordance with rotating schedules and weekend shifts.
• Proficient in both French and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in document validation.
• Proficient with IT tools and mobile applications.
• Capable of working independently and efficiently managing tasks.
• Reliable home internet connection for remote work.
