📋 Description

• In the role of Vice President, Client Partnership – Brands & Agencies, you will act as a senior commercial leader responsible for one of MediaRadar's most crucial client segments. Leading a team of approximately 15 Client Partners and senior individual contributors, you will manage the entire client relationship lifecycle for our brand and agency accounts—enhancing retention, increasing product adoption, and identifying new avenues for revenue growth. You will establish the strategic vision for our engagement with brands and agencies at scale, functioning as both a contributor and mentor who possesses extensive industry insight, executive presence, and a steadfast commitment to client value. As a vital member of MediaRadar's commercial leadership team, you will influence cross-functional strategy, enrich company culture, and ensure client-centricity is integral to all our operations.

Qualifications

What You've Done:

• Over 10 years of experience in client-facing positions within the media, advertising, or adtech sectors, showcasing expertise in managing senior-level brand and/or agency relationships.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, including overseeing managers and senior individual contributors within a team of 10 or more.

• A proven history of owning and expanding a substantial book of business, with quantifiable success in client retention, revenue growth, and strategic account development.

• Extensive knowledge of how brands and agencies plan, purchase, and evaluate advertising—encompassing insights into media planning processes, agency holding structures, and advertiser decision-making dynamics.

• Background in a data-driven B2B environment, preferably in SaaS, adtech, media intelligence, or marketing technology.

• Strong executive presence with a notable ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite and VP-level clients.

• Capability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic coherence across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

• Operational discipline, with experience in implementing account planning frameworks, forecasting practices, and team performance systems.

• A passion for mentoring and developing talent, with a history of building high-performing, values-driven teams.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 15 Client Partners and senior individual contributors, each managing a portfolio of brand and agency accounts. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and support career development for the team.

• Client Growth Strategy: Define and implement client relationship strategies tailored to the brands and agencies segment. Enhance product adoption, broaden partnership scope, and align MediaRadar's intelligence offerings with clients' media planning and purchasing processes.

• Industry Expertise & Client Advocacy: Utilize your firsthand experience in brand marketing and agency operations to enhance credibility and relevance with clients. Act as the internal voice of the client, translating feedback into product and service insights that influence MediaRadar's roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

• Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with key brand and agency clients. Ensure long-term value realization, senior alignment, and proactive engagement across your portfolio's highest-value accounts.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align on account strategy, enhance client experience, and accelerate growth within the brands and agencies segment.

• Scalable Process & Excellence: Develop and continuously refine best practices for account planning, QBRs, success metrics, and renewal and upsell processes—enabling your team to achieve consistent, impactful results at scale.

• Revenue Enablement: Collaborate with Finance and RevOps on forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning across client accounts. Hold your team accountable to KPIs and maintain a data-driven approach to business management.

• Culture & Team Building: Contribute to MediaRadar's broader commercial culture by promoting collaboration, integrity, and a growth mindset. Help shape leadership norms and standards throughout the organization.
