This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify opportunities for sales and services within a designated portfolio and oversee continuous engagement with clients throughout the services sales lifecycle.
• Present deployment methodologies and recommend phased approaches for implementations.
• Create strategic account plans aimed at achieving assigned revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with the internal Sales team to discover and secure new business ventures.
• Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), outlining the necessary costs, timelines, and resources for implementing solutions according to client specifications.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to grasp client business challenges, foster a mutual understanding of the project, and establish design direction.
• Cultivate effective partnerships with internal stakeholders across PS, Product Management, Support Services, and Sales teams.
• Play a pivotal role in establishing referenceable clients for Kinaxis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations involved in the sales or deployment of Kinaxis solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for customers and partners during deployments.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, process engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of industry experience in large-scale and complex software consulting services implementations, including hands-on experience in developing SOWs for client projects, preferably within supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of experience in professional services sales targeting new customers.
• A background in consulting.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly across all customer levels, including C-suite executives.
• Proven negotiation skills with a history of consistently meeting or surpassing revenue goals.
• A dynamic and analytical thinker capable of comprehending the complexities of deployments and solutions while maintaining a strategic perspective on projects and customer requirements.
• Willingness to travel 30-60% of the time within the country and occasional international travel.
• Kinaxis RapidResponse certification as a Contributor, Author, or Admin is considered advantageous.
