This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain a structured engagement rhythm based on account tier (e.g., monthly for strategic accounts, quarterly for mid-tier), which includes proactive outreach, performance evaluations, and discussions on expansion.
• Foster multi-threaded relationships with legal, operations, and administrative stakeholders to mitigate single-thread risk.
• Promote organic growth within the existing client base by increasing:
• New user additions within current accounts (seat growth)
• New office/branch/claim locations integrated into existing client relationships
• Ensure account strategies encompass clear paths for expansion (who/where to expand, enablement strategy, and next-step commitments).
• Conduct onboarding training and establish adoption milestones linked to new carrier launches or re-launches.
• Implement enhancements that boost the utilization of all products within the scope and elevate client satisfaction.
• Discover cross-sell opportunities for Field Sales.
• Uphold disciplined CRM practices and reporting, guaranteeing that segment scorecards are precise and actionable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; over 5 years of leadership experience in sales or client growth, preferably in legal, insurance, or records/health-information services.
• Strong analytical skills and operational rigor: capability to manage GRR/NRR, adoption metrics, pipeline metrics, and CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred).
