This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +26 more states.
• Ensure that clients fully comprehend our platform, its technical capabilities, and how to facilitate their success while gaining insights into their distinct business requirements, aligning them with future product development at Breezeway.
• Enhance new user adoption through both functional and conceptual training, while providing ongoing education regarding new features.
• Maintain consistent engagement with clients to amplify value and instill confidence in the product by offering continuous education on new features and offerings.
• Promote further adoption.
• Identify opportunities for upselling.
• Recognize potential churn risks early on and devise action plans to mitigate them.
• Formulate strategies for client engagement, adoption, and success planning by analyzing data and client feedback. Further enhance value by pinpointing additional upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as the internal voice of the client, providing feedback that fosters ongoing development and improvement of our business practices.
• Employ a solution-oriented mindset to address client needs swiftly and escalate client issues as necessary.
• 2-4 years of experience in client success or account management.
• Background in promoting SaaS solutions within a client success role.
• Strong project management skills and effective prioritization techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software and web-based tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities effectively.
• Experience in startups is an advantage.
• Experience in the property management sector is a plus.
