This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as a vital member of the Commercial Leadership Team, overseeing regional directors managing the Autolus CTAEs.
• Foster Autolus’ corporate relationships with Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs).
• Prioritize a patient-centric, customer-oriented, and people-centric approach.
• Align brand strategy with execution in a deliberate and intentional manner.
• Recruit top-tier field leaders from the industry, and manage the recruitment, training, development, retention, and leadership of the cell therapy team.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to comprehend and utilize data for strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Develop learning plans, suggest training and development solutions, and provide mentoring as necessary.
• Partner strategically with the marketing team to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key executives and decision-makers at major centers.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, with over 15 years of commercial experience.
• Clinical expertise in hematology/oncology, preferably in BMT/CART/Leukemia.
• Proven ability to lead regional leaders overseeing customer-facing teams (4+ years of experience).
• Demonstrated success in launching cell therapy products in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of the market access landscape and referral networks.
• Geographic familiarity with targeted academic and non-academic CAR-T centers.
• Established track record of leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Experience in developing national, regional, and market-specific business plans.
• Willingness to undertake extensive overnight travel (60%).
