Clinical Staff Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations

• Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions

• Work collaboratively with clients to set treatment objectives

• Keep precise and confidential records of client information

• Take part in case conferences and clinical supervision

• Advocate for clients in accessing community resources

• Assist in the development of programs

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline

• Licensed or license-eligible as LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW in Illinois, Texas, Maryland, or D.C.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health assessment and therapeutic practices

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and frequent Saturdays
