Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Therapist Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Recruit new therapist capacity for the Czech market through both outbound sourcing and managing inbound applications, which constitutes the primary focus of the role (approximately 40%).

• Manage the entire recruitment process: from pre-screening candidates to conducting interviews, finalizing contracts, and overseeing monthly onboarding sessions.

• Activate therapist profiles and oversee administrative tasks to ensure a seamless transition post-signing.

• Streamline routine processes using Airtable, Typeform, and AI tools to minimize repetitive manual tasks.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns aimed at addressing capacity shortages while monitoring conversion metrics.

• Engage in additional projects as the platform broadens its scope into other specialized roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Czech or Slovak (C1/native level) and fluent in English (B2+, which is our working language).

• Proven experience in outbound outreach and achieving clear numerical objectives, such as those found in recruitment, sales (SDR/BDR), community management, or customer-facing roles.

• High level of comfort with digital tools and automation (Airtable, Typeform, Notion, or similar); you prefer to establish a workflow once rather than repeat tasks multiple times.

• A demonstrated interest in psychology or mental health through studies, work, volunteering, or similar experiences, enabling you to engage with therapists credibly. Being a therapist yourself is not a requirement.

• Regular use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or similar) as part of your daily workflow; we will inquire about this specifically.

• Initial hands-on experience in recruitment, HR, or in an SDR/BDR role is a plus.

• Awareness of the legal and regulatory framework surrounding psychotherapy in the Czech Republic is advantageous.

• A flat base salary of EUR 1,300/month (freelance/B2B, IČO) along with the potential for a performance bonus of up to EUR 300 per tertial, linked to therapist activation goals, plus additional bonuses for meeting specific recruitment KPIs.
