This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide high-quality cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and low-intensity psychological interventions, underpinned by thorough assessments, formulations, and evidence-based care planning.
• Deliver therapy through remote methods, including telephone and video consultations, aligning with client preferences and service pathways.
• Manage CBT and online CBT cases according to Bupa’s clinical pathways, session limits, and private medical insurance allowances, aiming for recovery-focused outcomes.
• Offer signposting, referrals, one-off assessments, wellbeing support, and coaching as needed.
• Conduct group psychoeducation, workshops, and remote wellbeing training to enhance mental health awareness and resilience.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and consultation to therapists, ensuring adherence to high standards of clinical quality and safe practices.
• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision and monthly team meetings, meeting professional and organizational standards.
• Actively maintain and contribute to high clinical governance standards, including clinical effectiveness, safety, risk management, incident management, and continuous quality improvement.
• Carry out clinical audits, oversee complaint reviews and investigations, and assist with audit processes within the team.
• Ensure adherence to operational control standards, including ISO, privacy and information security, Bupa quality standards, clinical governance frameworks, and legal obligations.
• Participate in the review, development, and implementation of processes and protocols to facilitate safe, effective, and scalable remote service delivery.
• Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, induction, training, mentoring, coaching, and appraisal of team members.
• Lead and take part in service line development, project work, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create, review, and contribute to business support and clinical resources.
• Collaborate closely with operational managers and clinical leads to ensure exceptional clinical quality, commercial insight, and a consistently excellent customer experience.
• Work effectively within the broader Mental Health Support Team in a collaborative supervisory and leadership role.
• Postgraduate Diploma in High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (accredited by BABCP).
• Full BABCP accreditation.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivering high-intensity CBT to working-age adults with a diverse range of presentations.
• At least 6 months’ experience providing high-intensity CBT to corporate clients.
• A strong performance history, demonstrating consistent effectiveness in the role.
• Proven experience within Bupa services, consistently meeting or exceeding performance standards.
• Additional specialist psychological training or accreditation (Desirable).
• Experience in leadership and advanced practice tasks, such as supervision, coaching, mentoring, training, auditing, or service development (Desirable).
• Supervisor training and/or management or leadership experience (Desirable).
