Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Assisting patients aged 13 and older

• Practicing at the highest level of their license with the backing of our clinical care team

• Offering psychosocial support and education necessary to enhance the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families aged 13+

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and unrestricted State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic skills, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling using evidence-based approaches such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy

• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities

• Experience with or a willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy platforms

• Strong understanding of the psychosocial dimensions of health and illness

• Comfortable with technology, including electronic health record systems and engaging on various platforms

• Knowledge of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements

• Proven crisis intervention skills

• Prior experience in a mental health clinic or hospital environment

• Master’s degree from an accredited College or University.
