This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver cardiovascular consulting services to both members and non-member cardiovascular programs, industry partners, and various cardiovascular stakeholders across North America and internationally.
• Establish vision and strategic direction.
• Provide governance and leadership.
• Develop service lines.
• Oversee operations in inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory settings.
• Facilitate clinical integration and standardization.
• Optimize and develop specialty clinics.
• Initiate and develop new programs.
• Plan and develop workforce.
• Address provider compensation.
• Implement strategies for physician/hospital integration and alignment.
• Develop co-management initiatives.
• Conduct assessments, optimization, and development services for cath labs, ASCs, and Office-Based Labs.
• Focus on population health.
• Engage in risk contracting.
• Generate written and electronic content related to the above activities.
• Present to both large and small audiences.
• Drive business development on behalf of MedAxiom.
• A master's degree or higher.
• Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an administrative and/or leadership capacity.
• Ability to adapt in dynamic environments, foster collaborative relationships, and adjust priorities as necessary.
• Proven capability to deliver results within a highly matrixed organization.
• Established experience in crafting business plans and achieving revenue objectives.
• Demonstrated success in building strategic professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; excelling in innovative and effective collaboration and communication; and managing programs successfully.
• Exceptional analytical, written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills with a proven track record of effective management.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Capable of managing sensitive matters professionally and initiating new activities as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively with professionals in a challenging and fast-paced setting.
• Capacity for innovative thinking and creative strategizing to enhance profitability.
• Ability to manage personal schedule, including travel, with a readiness to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
• Current or prior clinical experience in cardiovascular care.
• Progressive leadership experience in driving team-based care initiatives involving APPs, physicians, nursing, and operational partners.
• Proven success in leading care model transformations across various environments.
