This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess and report on the overall condition of rotating machinery
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding interpersonal abilities and communication skills
• Utilize vibration analysis to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures
• Develop client-focused strategies to minimize equipment downtime
• Enhance the reliability and operational efficiency of manufacturing equipment at client facilities
• Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships
• Complete assigned tasks effectively with minimal supervision
• Take on management responsibilities when required
• Observe, learn, and collaborate with a team of Vibration Analysts
• Occasionally travel to customer sites as necessary
• Perform additional duties as required to support business goals
• VCAT II or VCAT III certification is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in vibration analysis is preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems and rotating equipment
• Strong customer-centric mindset and approach
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to communicate effectively and professionally with both coworkers and clients
• Compliance with all OSHA and safety regulations, as well as company standards, is mandatory
• Proficient in general computer skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet important deadlines
