IB Coverage Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist senior bankers with the daily execution and due diligence of transactions

• Create fully dynamic three-statement financial models along with other intricate models and valuation analyses

• Draft and engage in the creation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda, and management presentations

• Generate target marketing lists for prospective buyers, investors, and strategic partners

• Perform comprehensive industry research required to support and uncover opportunities

• Facilitate internal discussions and organize transaction discussion meetings

• Guide and develop analysts through mentorship and training
