This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In this position, you will engage in a combination of client technical support, engine performance analysis, and system validation.
• You will be responsible for analyzing gas path performance data to detect premature engine wear and suggesting maintenance in line with OEM-approved guidelines for ongoing airworthiness.
• Offer technical assistance to customers and various departments concerning engine performance.
• Propose system enhancements and validate new functionalities.
• Keep a comprehensive record of customer interactions.
• Stay informed about relevant OEM and engine model maintenance program requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent aviation maintenance qualification (A&P/AMT License) or related discipline.
• A minimum of two years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience is preferred.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance or manufacturing is also acceptable.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to analyze and interpret extensive data sets.
• Proficient computer skills are required.
• Some travel may be necessary.
