Senior Analyst/Associate - OTC Confirmations Drafting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Mitigate risks and validate OTC derivative transitions with clients.

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to address urgent issues.

• Prepare ad-hoc confirmation requests from counterparties.

• Lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in drafting confirmations that align with the 2002 and 2006/2021 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions.

• Intermediate level negotiation skills.

• Intermediate experience in drafting and reviewing OTC Equity Structured Products.

• Capability to advise and support risk, legal, and trading teams while proposing solutions across documentation.
