This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Develop and execute innovative and effective sourcing strategies to locate high-quality candidates, especially veterinarians.
• Carry out comprehensive pre-screening procedures and deliver candidate shortlists to both recruiters and veterinary experts.
• Leverage data-driven sourcing methods and market analysis to provide industry insights that inform AmeriVet Veterinary Partners' recruiting and growth initiatives.
• Oversee the entire strategic sourcing process, which includes stakeholder management and consistent meetings with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the business to provide valuable market insights that affect both short- and long-term business strategies, promoting profitable growth through effective staffing.
• Develop scalable search strategies to improve the recruiting team's performance for both current and future hiring requirements.
• Craft personalized and engaging candidate experiences that embody AmeriVet Veterinary Partners' values and mission.
• Attain proficiency in our recruiting systems to enhance overall team efficiency, including documenting and tracking candidate activity in our ATS, Greenhouse, while ensuring compliance and adoption across the organization.
• Evaluate and report on the success of sourcing efforts, encompassing search progress, status updates, and feedback on market trends.
• At least 3 years of sourcing experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in the healthcare or veterinary sectors.
• Experience with Workday is a PLUS!
• Adapts well in a fast-paced, innovative startup atmosphere; shows high ownership, a strong work ethic, and a positive demeanor.
• Proficient in sourcing passive candidates across various time zones and markets utilizing advanced and creative methods.
• Demonstrated ability to source and screen for a range of difficult-to-fill positions while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Proven history of effectively managing complex recruitment campaigns and reaching ambitious hiring objectives.
• Strategic thinker capable of tackling intricate business challenges and formulating actionable strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate efficiently across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
