This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes crafting job postings, assessing applications, conducting interviews, and assisting new employees during the onboarding phase.
• Source and attract qualified IT professionals from both local and international markets using diverse techniques, including direct outreach to passive candidates, collaboration with recruitment agencies, partnerships with universities, social media outreach, and professional networking.
• Maintain and enhance the candidate database within the ATS to ensure a robust talent pipeline for both current and future requirements.
• Actively identify and engage high-potential candidates to cultivate a pool of skilled professionals.
• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to job specifications, conduct interviews, and evaluate overall fit for available positions.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, nurturing positive relationships and offering guidance to successful hires to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and international job exhibitions to bolster employer branding and attract top talent.
• Contribute to various HR initiatives, including employer branding, talent development, employee onboarding, and related projects.
• Ensure that all activities and responsibilities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory standards while supporting the ongoing implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in HR or Business Administration will be regarded as an asset.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a technology-focused organization.
• Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of any other European language would be viewed as a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI applications in recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment marketing will be considered a significant advantage.
