Recruiting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our recruiters to consistently arrange a significant number of candidate interviews, debrief sessions, and reference checks. Skillfully manage intricate scheduling scenarios to align availability among various stakeholders.

• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, engaging with them in a friendly and informative manner to deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Ensure that candidates feel supported and informed throughout their entire journey.

• Assist and propose enhancements to our recruitment processes in collaboration with team members, even in often ambiguous circumstances. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

• Lead the development and execution of new candidate experience programs and recruitment initiatives that bolster Anthropic's talent acquisition efforts and address the company's expanding hiring requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a high-volume scheduling role, ideally within a recruiting or talent acquisition context.

• A strong enthusiasm for fostering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Exceptional communication abilities, particularly a talent for crafting friendly, informative emails that build rapport and clearly convey information.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you frequently respond to inquiries, requests, or various new tasks.

• An appreciation for feedback and a willingness to both seek and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

• Proactive problem-solving skills in unclear situations, with the ability to quickly generate multiple potential solutions to complex challenges.

• Experience acting as a strategic partner to Recruiters, assisting them in anticipating needs and recommending process improvements.

• A genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and our strong commitment to AI safety in both research and product development.
