This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist veterinary practices with case discussions and product inquiries.
• Investigate, document, and facilitate the resolution of product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events to comply with regulatory requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide medical and scientific information to develop and support a highly skilled business team and ensure customers are well-informed.
• Support the sales team through consultation and customer education, including account planning and execution.
• Manage, document, and track customer support initiatives such as the Quality Medicine Program, Immune Support Guarantee, and others.
• Liaise with opinion leaders, key influencers, and academics to exchange information and cultivate external resources for Zoetis.
• Attend selected veterinary and professional organization meetings and seminars to enhance personal expertise and that of Zoetis Veterinary Operations.
• Contribute to the Veterinary Operations team to ensure consensus on scientific and medical topics to achieve business objectives.
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
• Current General Practice full licensure within British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba.
• Five years of relevant clinical experience with a focus on cattle and equine.
• Ability to interpret scientific and medical information.
• Strong technical writing, public speaking, and communication skills.
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent judgment in conflict management and negotiation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
• Willingness to travel throughout Western Canada – up to 30%.
