• Highly knowledgeable in various research frameworks (including Jobs to Be Done)

• Extensive experience in mixed-methods research, involving intricate qualitative and quantitative analysis

• Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes

• Background in leading agile research teams

• Capability to take initiative and manage ambiguous subjects

• Awareness of the specific challenges associated with B2B research

• Hands-on experience incorporating emerging AI technologies and contemporary workflows into a research practice
