This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Recruit, train, and oversee a remote team consisting of 5-7 Implementation Managers, Project Managers, and Content Managers.

• Ensure effective implementation of various client accounts by managing site builds, configurations, and initial training sessions.

• Facilitate a seamless onboarding process, positioning customers for sustained success.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and the VP of Customer Operations - CMS to identify and structure the training needs for the team.

• Assist the team in addressing escalated implementation challenges, guaranteeing prompt and effective resolutions.

• Maintain and refresh internal resources for the Implementation team to ensure they remain accessible and accurate.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing or leading a team of 5 or more individuals.

• At least 2 years of experience and demonstrated success in customer implementations within an Edtech organization or school/district.

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Exceptional project and time management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.

• Significant experience utilizing technology to facilitate implementation (e.g., Hubspot, Jira, Zendesk).

• Familiarity with SFTP and API for data collection purposes.

• Outstanding communication skills across written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal contexts.

• Strong work ethic with the capability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
