Construction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Manage all facets of various construction projects from start to finish.

• Evaluate project updates and progress reports, ensuring KPIs remain on course.

• Communicate with stakeholders by providing updates and aiding in decision-making.

• Supervise contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure project completion.

• Measure project success using Key Performance Indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in convenience stores, fueling, or quick service restaurants.

• Knowledge of accessibility and life safety regulations and their applications.

• Proficiency in the installation and maintenance of retail (UST) fueling systems.

• Familiarity with refrigeration equipment, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Experience in construction and project management.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Alternatively: High School diploma/GED with relevant experience or 4+ years of US military service.
