This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide guidance on Veterinary Workflows: Collaborate with product managers to share insights on veterinary clinic operations and workflows, assisting in the validation of product choices and minimizing unnecessary user research.
β’ Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Oversee strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations, ensuring projects remain organized and on schedule from planning to execution.
β’ Manage External Partnerships: Act as the primary product liaison for corporate veterinary groups, integration partners, and other external stakeholders, leading discussions, collecting feedback, and fostering collaborative efforts.
β’ Support Product Launches: Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to organize go-to-market activities, stakeholder communications, launch readiness, and post-launch execution.
β’ Bridge Business & Product Teams: Serve as the intermediary between product and business teams, aligning priorities, facilitating communication, and advancing cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Coordinate Product Operations: Monitor project timelines, manage dependencies, identify risks, and keep stakeholders updated to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives.
β’ Maintain Product Documentation: Develop and sustain project plans, process documentation, meeting notes, and internal resources that keep cross-functional teams aligned.
β’ Advocate for the Customer Perspective: Utilize firsthand veterinary experience to ensure product decisions align with actual clinic workflows and provide significant value to veterinary teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ Experience in managing operations within a veterinary hospital or clinic is essential.
β’ Prior experience in a software or technology company is highly preferred.
β’ Strong comprehension of veterinary clinic operations, workflows, and practice management systems is required.
β’ Proven experience in leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong relationship-building abilities with experience in collaborating across both technical and non-technical teams.
β’ Ability to work independently while fostering alignment among Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
